The information presented herein is intended for use by suppliers of ad materials destined for Men's Journal, Rolling Stone, and Us Weekly publications. Here you will find file specifications, how-to instructions, mechanical specifications, contact information, and more. Adherence to these specifications and guidelines is critical to the successful reproduction of your ad.

Baseline Specifications

Film and native application files (i.e. QuarkXPress™,
Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, In Design Files, etc.) are NOT accepted.

General:

- Accepted File Formats: PDFX1A, native application files for back-up only
- Accepted media: CD-ROM (650 MB) or DVD
- One ad per file only
- Files must be composite (all colors on one page)
- Ad orientation: right reading, portrait mode (no rotations), 100% (actual size)
- Standard trim and bleed marks must be included in all separations
- All trapping and overprints must be included in file
- All Wenner Media publications print at 133 lpi (lines per inch) and at 300 DPI (dots per inch)
-Wenner Media no longer accepts conventional CMYK films
